I’ve been working in musculoskeletal physiotherapy for over 17 years, and my focus has always been the same — helping people find lasting solutions to pain, injury, and movement problems rather than just managing symptoms.

My career has taken me across a range of settings, from the NHS and private healthcare to elite sport. I spent time as an Academy Physiotherapist at Wolverhampton Wanderers FC, which gave me a real grounding in high-performance rehabilitation, and I’ve held senior and advanced practice roles at organisations including University Hospitals Birmingham, Nuffield Health, and specialist primary care services.

Clinically, I work with a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions — spinal pain, sports injuries, joint and tendon problems, post-operative rehabilitation, and persistent pain. I’ve always invested in my development, undertaking postgraduate training in McKenzie Therapy, Orthopaedic Medicine, Acupuncture, Injection Therapy, Sports Massage, and Rheumatology, which means I’m comfortable managing both straightforward and more complex presentations.

What matters most to me is taking the time to properly understand what each person is dealing with — their concerns, their goals, and what they want to get back to. From there I’ll combine thorough assessment, clear explanation, hands-on treatment where it’s appropriate, and a rehabilitation plan that actually fits their life.

I want every patient to feel informed and supported, and to leave with real confidence in their recovery.
