Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

At K-Motion Physiotherapy, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. We understand that circumstances can change, and we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another patient who may be waiting for treatment.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If you do not attend your appointment and have not informed us beforehand, the full appointment fee (100%) may be charged.
Late Arrival

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent patients, and the full appointment fee will still apply.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of K-Motion Physiotherapy where appropriate.

If your appointment was booked through Cliniko, you may also be able to cancel or reschedule using the confirmation email or SMS you received, subject to the notice period.

Our Commitment

We value your time and aim to run our clinics promptly. If we ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment at the earliest opportunity.
